Lego Star Wars Mural

My friend Bobnsteve (aka Steve Daniel) and I have been working on a Lego Star Wars mural for my son's bedroom. I had a few ideas for what I wanted it to look like and Bobnsteve brought the artistic talent. The characters and the backgrounds are airbrushed on 1/4" MDF. The hands are PVC "cups" to allow the toy light sabers to be taken out. The planet is painted on the back of a piece of plexiglass and back-lit with LED light bars from Sparkfun. Overall, I'm super impressed -- the coolest project yet!
